Prairie Rose Clayton, a freelance designer in Cambridge, designed the logos and the shield for the Shalrie Joseph Soccer Club.
Prairie Rose reports she never expected that staying up late one night in 2002 to watch a World Cup game with her noisy Brazilian neighbors would lead to painting banners, creating shirts, and traveling around the world to follow her favorite teams, but it's pretty great how things work out like that.
